Our products ship either from the California, United States or Vienna, Austria. See below for further information on shipping costs and timelines:

• US and Canada orders ship from California, USA with free shipping, and arrive within 5-10 business days.
• EU and UK orders ship from Vienna, Austria with free shipping, and arrive within 7-12 business days. Customs charges may apply to UK orders.
• Middle East orders ship from either the US or Austria, and arrive within 8-15 business days, free shipping, customs charges may apply.
• International orders ship from either the US or Austria, and arrive within 10-15 business days, shipping costs vary per locations, and customs charges may apply.

Special Sales:

• During our sample sales and black friday sales, shipping may require an additional 2-5 business days.
