Julia Koerner is an award-winning Austrian designer, internationally recognized for design innovation in 3D-Printing. She is the co-founder and Creative Director of JK3D. Julia created 3D-printed designs in collaboration with Ruth E. Carter, Marvel, Chanel | Maison Lesage, Iris Van Herpen, Swarovski, among others. Julia is a Professor at UCLA School of Arts & Architecture, and a contributing editor to the Unseasonal magazine.

Ruth Carter worked with Koerner on Marvel Studios’ “Black Panther,” collaborating on a 3D-Printed crown and shoulder mantle for Queen Ramonda, portrayed by Angela Bassett.
