    Refund policy

    We want you to love your JK3D product, if you are not satisfied with the product you have 14-days upon delivery to request a return and refund to original payment method. Please note that a 5% restocking fee applies.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at sales@jk3d.com. Once your return is accepted, you will be provided an address to ship the product. We do not cover return shipping costs and we recommend selecting tracked and insured shipping.

     

    Damages and issues
    Each product is rigorously checked prior to shipping. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Non-returnable items
    We cannot accept returns for couture pieces and customized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Final sale items, including our Black Friday sale, or sample sales are not eligible for returns.
